I need some help here!! I am kind of thinking about doing costco catering. I mean they are the best, aren't they? Anyway, if you have a better way of using $1000 on food for a reception please tell me. I need food for 200 people. thoughts? caramel apples, from Rocky Mtn? or tarts from normandie?
